CDO remapnn CMAQ output files get error

when use remapnn function regrid cctm_aconc.nc，i get erros。 cdo can process cmaq model outfile ？

/sqwork/app/cdo-1.9.8/bin/cdo remapnn,n32 ./CCTM_ACONC_v531_gcc_CQWESTAREA_20200517.nc ./out_cdo.nc
Warning (find_time_vars): Time variable >TSTEP< not found!

cdo remapnn (Abort): Unsupported generic coordinates (Variable: TFLAG)!
