CDO

Dear All,

I would like to ask you about the errors appeared when I install CDO (both CDO-1.9.4 to CDO-1.9.8).

I tested CDO-1.9.4 to -1.9.8 on VM14 Pro with the fedora 30 with the netcdf 4.6.1; hdf5 1.8.16, grib_api-1.27.0-Source and jasper-1.900.16. It will work well if I use fedora 27
It is succeeded when I implement with the command of "configure" and "make"
but it is not successful when I implement "make check". The errors appeared like this, a detailed description is embedded in the attached file test-suit.log
