CDO remap/regrdi - CORDEX data

Dear all,
I have several CORDEX data files from which I would like to extract data. However, the files are rotated and I need to re-grid them to regular lon/lat. I am rather new to CDO - any help will be highly appreciated!

since you did not describe any specific problem, it's hard to help. Usually selection of regions can be done with
cdo -sellonlatbox
