Hello,
I have data in nc files that have dimensions of [occurrence, altitude]. The occurrences are sporadic in time, but I would like to filter out certain occurrences and store these in a new nc file. For example, of the 23651 occurrences in infile.nc, I want to extract occurrences (1, 3, 4, 10,...., 23646, 23649) to outfile.nc. Is there an analogous operator for seltimestep that works on an arbitrary dimension?
I feel like this has probably already been asked, but I am not sure what to search.
