Hi,

I have a problem with calculating anomaly as I posted here, which seems to be a bug in cdo

Somehow I can't operate time series data on a single value data (e.g. mean).

So does anyone have any alternative idea on how to calculate the anomaly ?

One suggestion I read is to concatenate the single value data to get the same time index as the time series data, followed by filling up the date, but I found this method would be troublesome since the time index reached the order of thousands.
