CDO saves single time step after regridding

I am trying to regrid a file from curvilinear to the regular lonlat grid. The file has multiple variables and at multiple pressure levels. However, after regridding I see only single time step in the file while the size of the file is quite huge. I have tried both remapcon and remapbil. The griddes file which I am using is attached. I am using CDO version 1.6.1.

Hi!
Without the input data, it's hard to tell what went wrong. could you upload maybe a singe variable?
Unfortunately we cannot maintain old CDO versions - is it possible for to update to 1.7.2?
