Can cdo convert "multigrib" grib2 to netcdf?

Hallo,
to convert "multigrib" grib2 file to netcdf I used cdo -f nc copy.
It shows this warning:
Warning (gribapiScanTimestep) : Record 26 (name= id=0.20.0 lev1=50 lev2=0) timestep 26: Parameter not defined at timestep 1!

and output will contain only one level instead of 8.

Can cdo convert such "multigrib" grib2 to netcdf correctly?

Similar problem with ncl_convert2nc.

AFAIK multigrib is not supported by cdo
