GMT -> Local/Sundial time

Hello.

I have several days of hourly temperature data (global) in a NC file and I'd like to change the time from GMT to sundial for a better view of diurnal cycle.

Basically I'm looking for a way to move all of the temperature values from longitudes 15-30 1 hour forward, 30-45 2 hours forward .. 345-360 23 hours forward.

I don't have much experience with CDO. What's a good place to start solving the problem and is this process possible with CDO?
