Spatial or time correlation

Dear all,
I have an urgent plea, I want to compute the correlation map between global mslp data (netcdf) and precipitation anomalie from one location (in netcdf file). I have done used this command:
cdo output -timcor -setmissval,-9e33 anom_std_perc_80_dist.nc -setmissval,-9e33 prmsl.mon.mean.1921.2012.nc
and got this error ::
cdo(2) timcor (Abort): Grid size of the input parameters do not match!
I don't know if CDO can give what I want, I try to figure out the correlation between anom_std_perc_80_dist.nc (which is an average of several stations) and the global mslp data
I attach the anom_std_perc_80_dist.nc, in case !!
