climate indices in the 1.7.0 version

Hello,

I can't find information about climate indices in the CDO User's Guide version 1.7.0 ?
The last chapter in the Reference manual is "miscellaneous"?

I hope it is not desired?

Hello Malgorzata,

Thanks for this information! I have forgotten to add the documentation for the climate indices.
In CDO 1.7.0 the documentation of the climate indices are in a separated pdf file (doc/cdo_eca.pdf).
This separation was necessary because the climate indices are more an extension of CDO.
The climate indices were implemented in CDO by an group which doesn't exist anymore. We are not using this climate indices.
Our experience with these indices is very low and that's the reason why we can't offer much help with these CDO operators.
I have uploaded a new CDO version with the missing pdf file.
