Reduced Gaussian Grid to regular lat-lon grid

Dear All,
I am having GrADS binary file with reduced Gaussian grid.
I would like to convert this data into regular lat-lon grid.
Please suggest how can I do this.

Dear Ratna,

CDO can't convert binary data with reduced Gaussian grid to a regular lon/lat grid.
