Re install CDO

Hi
i had already use CDO but it is not working any more.
I use yosemite on Mac OS
i try to reinstall CDO with Homebrew with this command
brew install cdo --with-grib2
but after a while i get this and all the computer become very slow.
MacBook-Pro-de-Jean-Luc:~ jlnelias$ brew doctor
Your system is ready to brew.
MacBook-Pro-de-Jean-Luc:~ jlnelias$ brew install cdo --with-grib2
