CDO

I´m trying to get Afterburner to read netcdf files by using the following command (<after> <input file><output file>):

hera$ /Users/hera/Documents/CDO/afterburner-4.7.0/bin/after /Users/hera/Documents/CDO/afterburner-4.7.0/MATLAB/main_mm/EXP001_echam5_main_mm_079*.nc | /Users/hera/Documents/CDO/afterburner-4.7.0/MATLAB/after_OUT

But I get the information that stdin is not connected.

and when I look at the --version, I get the following information:

afterburner version 4.7.0
ECHAM & analyses postprocessor
/Users/hera/Documents/CDO/afterburner-4.7.0/bin/after: illegal option --
after : option - unsupported!

Im new at using afterburner so the problem could be obsious, but if someone has some basic information on how to make it work it would be highly appreciated.
