Hi, I am using 'timcor' function for calculating the correlation between two variables successfully. However, the some of the data contain NaN values and so the no. of points used in different grid boxes are different. I need to calculate significance level for each grid box, is there a way to do this in CDO? Why CDO doesn't give significance level of the calculated correlation?
