CDO

Hello,

i am currently trying to build a netcdf-file for station data based on the example H3 form the cf-conventions 1.6.

Using nudump and ncview the file is ok.

Based on cdo (version 1.6.1, on suse linux) i am getting nervus. I am not sure if it is an error in my netcdf file or an error in cdo.

I have added the nedcdf-file. There are two interessting problems:
- my missing/fill value in the 'time' is not working in cdo
- 'cdo info ...' is producing an error and does not find a proper date
