Hi,
I'm trying to build cdo-1.6.4rc1 from source. All seems fine, tests pass, but there are problems with some of the commands / grib-files, for example:
cdo sinfo /wrk/jlento/oifs38r1v03/t21test/ICMSHepc8+000000
Error (decodeIS) : GRIB version 2 unsupported!

If I run configure with "--disable-cgribex", the above example works, but then "make check" fails in test_cksum_grib, pio_write_run and pio_write_deco2d_run.
Any ideas, what could be causing this?
