CDO

Hi,

I ask the question about this function before, now I meet another problem.

when I used cdo eca_gsl,5,5 tmean.nc tmean.nc gsl.nc

I got the following error message

cdo eca_gsl: Processed 12135470400 values from 2 variables over 22281 timesteps ( 2066.99s )

Error (cdf_close) : NetCDF: HDF error

The output seems ok, but I am not sure whether cdo gives me the correct result. Could you give me some hint for this error message?
