I tried to remap using conservative method (remapcon) one file into the grid dimentions of wrf file, after this wrf file has converted to a CF compliant.
any idea how to fix this issue?
I used remapbil and it worked though.

The conservative remapping with remapcon need the coordinates of all grid cell corners for the source and the target grid. These coordinates have to be part of the dataset. remapcon can't be used without the coordinates of the grid cell corners.
