File reading impossible since 2.3

Hi,
This attached file in grib2 format, made from an average of members of an ensemble forecast, no longers opens since the transition to version 2.3.
The error message (attached file) indicates that it's missing "PerturbationNumber"

Thanks for the information! This bug will be fixed in the next CDO release 2.4.2.
