360 day climate netcdf interpolate to 365 day netcdf

I have a nc file, 360 day calendar, 360 day timesteps
I need to interp this to match other nc files, standard calendar 365 day timestep.
I have searched, tried various combinations of operators etc with fail.
any idea?
This is the sinfo nc file / 360 days
