I am almost finishing my analysis using CDO thanks to you.
I used reanalysis data of t2m from NCEP,
But I would like to add basemap (national boundary line) to my final map.
It is possible that I could do this using CDO?

you should use your plotting software for this. E.g. cartopy for Python/Matplotlib.
