We have used CDO to create a CF-compliant NetCDF file from one produced by Acolite software but it displays as reversed along the y-axis. I found the CDO invertlat command but that is apparently only for grids in lat/lon space and we are dealing with projected grids. Is there another command we can use to fix this problem?
