Segmentation Fault with remap
Added by Benedikt Seuthe over 2 years ago
I tried remapping a grib2 file with the following command:
cdo -f grb2 remap,target_grid_world_025.txt,weights_icogl2world_025.nc tri_grid_12u_10micon_global_icosahedral_single-level_2022042512_001_U_10M.grib2 output.grib2
Just a few days ago exactly the same command worked fine. Now I always get a Segmentation Fault. Is there any way to fix this issue? Do you have the same/similar issue?
I attached the .grib2 file, the target.txt file and the weights file I used.
Im on ubuntu 20.04.4 and my CDO version is:
