getting imerg data only over land

Is there a way I can mute the values of GPM IMERG precipitation over sea and get only the values over land(CONUS)? Or if I can extract the precipitation values of IMERG data only where the nldas data is/ masking the imerg data over nldas boundaries?

Hi Alka,
I don't know GPM IMERG, CONUS, and nldas data. You have to provide more information and data.

I have attached three netcdf files here.
3B-DAY.MS.MRG.3IMERG.20120530-S000000-E235959.V06.nc4.nc4 - this is the NASA's GPM IMERG 0.1 degree daily precipitation data fro May30,2012 (variable name precipitationCal)- it is available over land as well as ocean. this is over a small boundary over land and sea.
GPM_IMERG_LandSeaMask.2.nc4 - this is the land sea mask file provided by NASA ( which has boundaries for land and ocean)
nldas_may30.nc - this is the 0.0625 degree daily precipitation data only over land -CONtinentalUS (CONUS)
I want to get the 3B-DAY.MS.MRG.3IMERG.20120530-S000000-E235959.V06.nc4.nc4 values extracted only for land.
I was thinking of two ways either I could use the landseamask.nc file or nldas_may30.nc file to do this job. But need help, in terms of if there is any quick command, because I have bunch of data over different period to do have values extracted over land.
