mergetime error 'Bad file descriptor'

Hello!
I'm having trouble combining files.
$ cdo mergetime EUMETSAT-HSAF-H115__TU-VIENNA__UHAM-ICDC__MetOp-ASCAT__D* ASCAT_2007_dsc.nc
cdo mergetime: Open failed on >EUMETSAT-HSAF-H115__TU-VIENNA__UHAM-ICDC__MetOp-ASCAT__D__sm__v5__daily__5-day-mean__2007_251_fv0.01.nc<
Bad file descriptor
I attached the error file and the first file on the set.
