I tried using "cdo uvDestag,U,V wrfout_d03_2019-08-26_02:00:00 uv.nc" but got the error "cdo uvDestag (Abort): Xsize(gridID1) != Xsize(gridID2)" Hope I can find an answer to how to use uvDestag for wrf-arw output to destag U and V. For wrf-arw output, U is staggered zonally and V is staggered meridionally.
