Hi,
I am trying to run this very simple command
cdo monmean file_in file_out
file_in contains one year a daily data. Most of the values for a given timstep are missing (it is data from a satellite).
When I am running my command, I got an outputfile with 12 timesteps (as expected), but the values are "missing" everywhere.
I would have expect this result from monavg not from monmean
file_in is attached to this message (to have a smaller file, it is containing only novemeber and december)
