Warning (cdfInqContents): Coordinates variable time can't be assigned!

Hello, Sir,

I'm try to manipulate files using this command:

cdo -mermean -zonmean -sellonlatbox,-180,180,-5,5 -sellevel,1000,2000,3000,5000,7000,10000 ua_Amon_CESM2-WACCM_historical_r1i1p1f1_gn_185001-201412.nc /disk_raid6/pub/xqb/11.SSW/CESM2-WACCM/QBOindex.WACCM.1979-2014.nc

The warning is appeared and the output file is 0k.

I have no idea how to fix this.

The structure of original files is like this (ncdump -h):
