Progress report, OA, publications, Zenodo records
Report closed and submitted, Zenodo records
- The first progress report was submitted to the EC yesterday. You can download all the components of the progress report here: https://code.mpimet.mpg.de/projects/bg10/wiki/European_Commission_Reviews
Now it is up to the EC to review it.
- We have updated the Guidelines for uploading the dissemination records (=presentations and posters) to Zenodo. Please pay attention: we had some missing records in this reporting because either the link to the grant agreement number or to the Blue-Action community were forgotten in Zenondo (We do not want this to happen!). Please check carefully the last page of these guidelines: https://code.mpimet.mpg.de/projects/bg10/wiki/Use_of_Zenodo
- Open Access REMINDER: we have a contractual obligation to give open access to all publications within 6 months from the date of publication. Sometimes this obligation is colliding with the embargo imposed by the publisher. If you have doubts on what is allowed to be published/shared/by whom/where/how, please check these guidelines: https://code.mpimet.mpg.de/projects/bg10/wiki/Rules_for_open_access
- TO DO: A number of publications are currently under review or in process, please update the record of your publications: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zhFTkOrbwBKAkzHf5JUt2TiU-LZEcnNFV4quwD0Ql6o/edit#gid=0
Please 1) keep this list up to date, as soon as a publication is "published" please change its status in the table and add all the details; and 2) make sure that the Blue-Action project is correctly and fully acknowledged (if you are not sure how to do it, pls check here: https://code.mpimet.mpg.de/projects/bg10/wiki/Blue-Action_publications_and_other_publications).
I will send you monthly reminders via the redmine for asking you to update this table.
All the best,
